10 Things You May Not Know About Me!

I was thinking today, as I was brushing my teeth, that we all have little-known "quirks" or facts about ourselves. So, I thought I would share some of my litte-known facts, just for fun.

1. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to watch Little House on the Prairie.
2. The sound of a hard rain pounding on a windshield/roof of a car hurts my ears so much that I sometimes feel like my eardrums are going to burst.
3. I always hang my keys in exactly the same place.
4. I love the sound of a piano (expecially when accompanied with a guitar).
5. I love the ocean.
6. I can't swim because I hyperventilate when the water gets above my chest.
7. The sound of a fork scraping against someone's teeth gives me the chills.
8. The smell of moldy food causes me to gag. (Sorry, just being honest!)
9. When I REALLY cry hard, I have so much trouble getting air into my lungs that I almost pass out.
10. When I burn my tongue, I put honey on it. It really does help.

So, there ya have it. Of course, that is only the tip of the iceburg for me. So, I KNOW I am not alone. What are your little-known facts?

I've never heard the honey thing. I'll try it next time. And I love Little House, too, but we don't have cable, so I don't watch it so much. :(

1) My middle name was my maternal grandmother's middle name. Elliott's first name is his maternal great-grandfather's middle name.

2) I love to sleep with a fan on in the summer.

3) I ALWAYS (well, almost always) have to have the dishes done and the kitchen clean as a whistle before I settle down for the night.

4) I LOVE to do laundry.

5) I never know where my keys are.

6) I love to have fresh flowers in the house, but I'm not very good about changing the water and cutting the stems, and it's sad when they die.

7) I usually floss my teeth in the shower.

8) I've never gotten pulled over.

9) My favorite season is Autumn.

10) I don't like to play or watch sports.

I have a friend who has the fork issue too. I had forgotten all about it until you mentioned it. She was the calmest easygoing person I ever met and then someone did that with a fork and it was like a flip was switched, she would freak out lol thanks for the memory reminder!

You're still sickie? Hope you're feeling better. I'm finally feeling back to normal. It's so yucky to be sick when it's hot outside. Makes me feel like I'm in a greenhouse.
