Election
In the past I have been unable to really follow elections. I would always try, but would inevitably fall asleep, get bored, or just plan lose interest. Not this year. For whatever reason, I am glued to the TV. I am watching the news ALL. THE. TIME. I am following all kinds of stories and really trying to be as informed as possible before hitting the polling booth. How about you? Are you glued to the election too?

I am definitely keeping up a little more as I am teaching Social Studies now. I am realing enjoying listening to Sarah Palin. She is far more interesting than John McCain.

Ok, this is an old post...but yes. I am rather enthralled with it all right now. Is it more media hype and coverage, or is it truly a choice between two very different candidates and sets of ideals? I don't know, but I'm more interested than ever before!!
Even though I am 99% sure that we will vote differently on Election Day (yes we can), it is good to see your interest in the election. If we can get voter turnout up, it's definitely a good thing!!!
I am all over this year's election too. I'm watching debate recaps on you-tube, i'm reading and watching TV about it - it is an exciting time.
