I have had friends in the past answer the friday five questions each week and this looked fun today. So...here are my answers to this week's list:
1. Do you like looking at stars?
Yes I do. I think they are one of God's glorious creations and we are blessed to have them!
2. Who do you say "I love you" to?
Brothers, sisters, mother, nieces, nephews, husband...whew...lots of people!
3. Did you say "good night!" to anyone last night?
Yes I did. I say "good night!" to Drew every night.
4. When is the last time you felt blue?
Hmmmm...I don't remember. It's been a while since I truly felt blue.
5. Tell us one of your dreams:
I dream of spending a week or two on a tropical island in the Caribbean. (I don't that that's what this question is asking, but that's how I am going to answer it anyway!)

I love it when people who are reading this blog leave comments, but realize that sometimes it's a bit tricky know how to do it. At the end of each post you see in the bottom right a link that says "Comments" along with the number of comments that have been left. On the right there is a box to type your message in, then a place to type in the word verification. Here you just copy the letters that you see above the box. Finally, you choose an identity. If you don't have a website, you use Name/URL. Type your name and leave URL blank if you don't have a website. (Or you can leave your URL if you have one!) Then, click POST. Voila, you have left a comment!

I'm really not in the mood to write sub plans so I'll stall and answer your questions.
1. Do you like looking at stars?
Sure, they remind me that I'm just one small part of the universe. Sara Groves has a song called Maybe There's a Loving God.
2. Who do you say "I love you" to?
That's a hard one. My family has always had a hard time saying that one, but now with both parents having cancer we all need to say it so much more. I can say it to Ryan so easily, but...
3. Did you say "good night!" to anyone last night?
I tell Ryan good night everynight usually under protest. Please pray for us as it is getting harder and harder to have him leave at night.
4. When is the last time you felt blue?
Unfortunately that is an easy one for me. I'm not dealing with all the stress in my life very well. Parents aren't meant to get old and definitely both parents are not supposed to have cancer at the same time.
5. Tell us one of your dreams:
Right now I have the dream of being pain free. I leave on Tuesday for another stay in the hospital in Chicago.

I appreciate them, but I don't really look at them. Maybe I should...

I say it in lots of different ways to lots of different people.
3. Did you say "good night!" to anyone last night?
Of course! Every night we tell Elliott 1) good night, 2) we'll see you in the morning, 3) if you need anything in the night, tell us, and we'll help you, and 4) we love you!
4. When is the last time you felt blue?
I don't remember.
5. Tell us one of your dreams:
I hope to always realize what a blessing Elliott is and how lucky we are to have him. He amazes us every day.
